What do Primary Health Care Providers and managers need to know about building climate resilient and environmentally sustainable facility and services and how these learning needs should be addressed

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This study aims to identify the educational needs of primary care providers in sub-Saharan Africa regarding climate change resilience and environmental sustainability. It will explore the learning preferences of these providers who have direct experience with the impact of climate change on primary healthcare facilities and services. The study will use a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with a quantitative survey of the PRIMAFAMED network. The findings will inform the development of a curriculum for continuing professional development focused on building climate-resilient facilities and services.
